The Bolueta Towers are the highest Passivhaus construction in the world, with 88 meters. Some of the main advantages of these buildings are the acoustic and thermal comfort, the energy saving and the high quality of the indoor air.
Being a Passivhaus certified building, Bolueta Towers will consume 80% less energy for heating compared to a building that complies with current A-rated regulations. Gyptec’s gypsum board systems ensure a huge improving energy efficiency.
