Project Description
The works of this work aimed to change and expansion of a mixed building offices and housing for a modern 4 star hotel with 115 rooms, a lounge bar on the roof, gym, meeting room and a restaurant. The facades and roof were maintained but underwent profound changes in coverings, both in terms of modernizing the image and increasing safety and comfort and optimizing energy.
The Skyna Hotel Lisboa, is the first unit of Skyna Hotels in Portugal, a hotel brand of the Angolan group Socinger.
